1. General Terms

By making a booking with Host-E-Nest Homestay & Tourism, you agree to comply with our travel regulations, local host house rules, and regional safety guidelines.

2. Identification & Documentation

All guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Passport) during travel. For restricted region permits (e.g., North Sikkim, Nathula Pass, Bhutan), passport-size photographs and ID copies must be provided in advance.

3. Transport & Weather Conditions

Mountain roads and high-altitude weather conditions can change unexpectedly. In cases of landslides, heavy snowfall, or official road blockades, alternative routes or itineraries will be arranged subject to local feasibility and safety.

4. Jurisdiction

All legal matters and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malda, West Bengal, India.
